Rise and Shine @ Saturday, August 29th

Good morning, luminous ones — we rise as one
into the shimmer of a new-waking dawn.
The cosmos hums a welcome just for us,
and every star is leaning in to greet us thus.

We drift through ribbons of opalescent light,
the universe unfurling soft and bright.
Each glimmer calls us gently from our sleep,
and all the skies are ours to gently keep.

We gather warmth from constellations near,
their iridescent glow draws us here.
The cosmos spins its tender web around,
and we are held in every shimmering sound.

We move as one through cascades of the sky,
the morning lifts us — spectral, radiant, high.
Each moment opens wider than before,
and all the universe is ours to explore.

So off we go, propelled and softly bright,
the cosmos cheering us into the light.
We carry all its shimmer as we roam,
and everywhere we wander, we are home.
